Neil

Having worked in sales environments for over 15 years, Neil’s passion and natural talent for selling has seen him progress through the ranks and achieve great success in his career. Having worked at every level in sales, from consultant through to director, Neil is highly experienced in both recruiting and developing sales talent.

These successes led to Neil becoming an Apprentice Finalist in 2013, where he was the top salesperson throughout and broke the record for most high-ticket sales ever on a task.

Outside of work, Neil is an avid football fan. A die-hard Manchester United supporter, Neil also played semi-professional football before hanging up his boots for a career in sales.

On top of this, Neil is also involved in a number of charitable organisations. He is a proud patron of the Tim Parry & Johnathan Ball Foundation For Peace and plays regular charity football matches for Once Upon A Smile FC. His sporting activity is not just confined to football, however. He is a regular gym goer, and has taken part in a number of endurance events, most recently the Gaelforce 64k challenge.

When not on a football field or running, Neil is also fond of a pint of Peroni and a bowl of pasta. And his long term goals? A beach house in Majorca and being the co-creator of a huge success.

Nicole

With over 20 years’ experience working in sales environments, Nicole has worked across many industry sectors, including some of the best known and highly respected brands in the world.

Having started her career selling car insurance for a well known general insurer, she quickly realised she had a natural fair for selling and switched from the insurance industry to the recruitment industry. It was during this time, Nicole’s passion for training & development grew and she decided to study for her CIPD. Training has since been at the core of her expertise, developing the careers of salespeople and managers across many different industries for over 14 years.

Away from the office, Nicole is not averse to relaxing with a mojito or two, and enjoys nothing more than spending time with her children.

Ultimately, Nicole’s biggest aim is to be a co-founder of a business that everyone wants to work for.
