You will use your array of skills to attract, build and maintain great relationships; find the best sales talent around; initiate and manage appropriate recruitment campaigns, and then interview and train candidates before accurately matching them with our clients. You will also keep up with all the latest industry news and developments so that you can keep your candidates and clients in the loop too.
You will need to be resilient, tenacious, collaborative, ambitious and patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a successful recruitment desk.
Rec2Rec and Sales Recruitment is challenging, varied and fast-paced. You will initiate and manage appropriate recruitment campaigns to attract the top sales candidates to the needs and requirements of our clients. You will filter the applications that come in from your campaigns, and interview the candidates before accurately matching them with our clients. You will also proactively seek out new candidates using the recruitment tools provided. The role is very rewarding and exciting, and offers amazing career development and earning potential to the right person.
The role is sales orientated so you need to be confident, organised and able to deliver in a target driven, fast paced environment. We also have very strong core values – they are the essence of Prime. You will be expected to maintain and live these Core Values through everything that you do. On a day-to-day basis there are many different tasks that will fill your working hours and keep you very busy. These include:
- Sourcing candidates that match clients’ recruitment needs
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for client interviews
- Maintaining candidate relationships and identifying further referral opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process with candidates from start to finish, and beyond
- Keeping abreast of the market, network, and effectively using social media
